Sarah Hampton LAc (1)

Sarah is a licensed acupuncturist who prides herself on her thorough approach to care. Along with acupuncture, she also offers cupping, Shiatsu, Tuina, and gua sha. Some of her specialties include women’s health, mental health (anxiety, depression, chronic stress, insomnia, and substance use disorder), athletic performance, traumatic injury, illness, and chronic pain.

Sarah Hampton LAc, MSOM is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist who received her training at Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO, where she had the opportunity to learn from amazing teachers as she completed her four-year Masters degree in East Asian Medicine. She has received training in both Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture, manual therapies, and herbal formulation.

Sarah always strives to expand her knowledge and expertise for the benefit of her patients and is actively continuing her studies with the Sowa Rigpa Institute, where she is learning the art of Traditional Tibetan Medicine. Acupuncture and East Asian medicine are a complete and holistic medical system that addresses the full scope of the human experience. After a full assessment, Sarah will craft a treatment for your unique presentation. Depending on your particular goals, she will utilize therapies such as acupuncture (the insertion of thin needles at special points on the body), manual therapies (such as cupping, Shiatsu, Tuina, or gua sha), and lifestyle guidance that will support your health and well-being. Sarah will work with your current practitioners at Forum Health to ensure a well-rounded and complementary approach.

Sarah has a wide range of clinical experience and provides effective treatment for women’s health, mental health, athletic performance, traumatic injury, illness, and chronic pain. Her personal specialty is mental health and wellness, where she provides support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, insomnia, and substance use disorder (addiction). Helping to relieve pain, whether physical or mental/emotional, and empowering her patients as active participants in their wellness journey is her goal each and every day at the clinic.

Sarah would love to have the opportunity to speak with you about how acupuncture and traditional medicine can support your unique health concerns, and answer any questions you may have.
